Users who receive and accept delivery order requests, collect packages from food outlets, deliver them to locations requested by outlets, and receive payouts from Beep for their service.
Users who create delivery requests by logging client destinations and food preparation parameters.

A. The Data We Collect
Beep collects data from various sources to provide a robust and personalised operational experience. The data collected includes:
- Full Name, Contact Number, and Email Address
- Residential Address and Date of Birth
- Vehicle Type (Motorcycle or Car) and Registration Number
- Insurance Status with Food Delivery Services
- Display Picture and Live Location metrics when online
- Name of the Food Outlet and Display Picture
- Email ID and Contact Number
- Physical Address of the Outlet
- Exact or approximate coordinates of the outlet for estimating delivery cost
Data Created during Use of Our Services
Location Data (Driver): We collect precise and approximate location data from drivers' mobile devices when the Beep app is running in the foreground (app open and on the screen) or background (app open but not on the screen).
Location Access when App is in Background: When you grant permission for location access while the app is in the background, this data is exclusively utilised for essential purposes outlined in this policy. This includes order tracking, optimising delivery routes, and calculating proximity for efficient order notifications. Your location information is treated with confidentiality, and we adhere to strict security protocols. We do not retain this to uphold your privacy rights.
B. How We Use Data
Beep employs data to run operational services, including:
- Providing Customer Support and incident management
- Conducting research and development to improve dispatch systems
- Enabling communications between driver riders and food outlets
- Sending non-marketing operational and trip updates

- Calculating exact or approximate outlet location for delivery cost estimates

Account Deletion: The user (Food Outlet or Driver) can request deletion of their account at any time by writing an email to: admin@beepplatform.com
